Thanks for that. It’s great to see that it’s becoming more widely available. It seems that there’s a lot of interested towards it. For example these two short blog posts I’ve written about Emitt have gotten a huge amount of hits. My apologizies for all those people who have wanted to read about Emitt or about this release and instead have found this little finnish pop blog. Apparently if you want to get a lot of hits to your blog / website, prhases like “big tits” or “free spotify invitations” are vastly overrated. Just write about Emitt Rhodes and people will come..

Thanks for the comment and information about past Hip-O select releases. I’ll keep my eye on online stores and ebay sellers. I don’t think there will be a problem getting it in the end. I just would like to buy it as soon as possible, because it’s been rather hard to find those out-of-print Emitt Rhodes cds and vinyls. Well at least with reasonable price. Farewell To Paradise is the only one I don’t have, but still this new Emitt set would be a little dream come true.

Great stuff indeed! I’m looking forward to it!
You needn’t even worry about its availability, my experience with EVERY hip-o-select item so far is that a few weeks upon the release they become easily available through ebay sellers, or online stores (soulmusicstore.com, ccmusic.com, or even amazon) etc. I think there’ll be no prob with this as well.
